A beautiful hydrating blend of oils to soothe, relax and help relieve congestion in kids and adults. Can also be used as a muscle rub for sore muscles as these oils have compounds to soothe inflammation, ease the mind and uplift the spirits.

Made with oils of Manuka, Blue Gum Eucalyptus, Lemon Myrtle, Atlas Cedarwood and Oil, Beeswax.

It is invigorating, revitalising and soothing.

Backhousia citriodoralemon myrtle ) is a flowering plant in the family Myrtaceae, genus Backhousia. It is endemic to subtropical rainforests of central and south-eastern Queensland, Australia, with a natural distribution from Mackay to Brisbane.

Benefits includes uplifting, relaxing, sedative, calming and good for rest.

Lemon-scented Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Citriodora) (one of my favourite essential oils as it smells like a refreshing walk through the Australian bush, the earthy soil beneath my feet and the wind blowing through the trees bringing me the fresh lemony smell of eucalyptus leaves).

When you inhale this essential oil you can give your respiratory system a major boost. The active ingredients in this oil are known to have anti-inflammatory properties, which can soothe the respiratory tracts and prevent coughing and additional congestion. Some of the antioxidant compounds in this oil can also attack the underlying infection to speed healing. This oil is often included in chest rubs to lower congestion when applied before going to sleep.

Anti-fungal, antioxidant and antiseptic qualities make lemon eucalyptus essential oil the ultimate immune booster. Aboriginal populations in Australia used to apply the oil of the lemon eucalyptus leaves to open wounds, cuts, and scrapes in order to prevent infections. It also helps to reduce the pain from headaches, muscle strains and surgery, and is very soothing when applied topically.

Blue Gum (Eucalyptus globulus) is an extremely tall forest tree, found in the south east corner of Tasmania near Hobart.  In its optimal situation this Eucalypt can reach up to 70 metres in height.

It is believed that the indigenous Tasmanian people used this oil for cuts, colds and infections. It may help those with asthma and sinusitis, although those allergic to eucalyptus shouldn't use it as it can make their asthma worse.

Atlas Cedarwood oil helps to relax muscles, has anti-inflammatory compounds and is great remedy for coughs, colds and congestion.

Pine Essential Oil is derived from the needles of the Pine Tree, commonly recognized as the traditional Christmas tree. The scent of Pine Essential Oil is known for having a clarifying, uplifting, and invigorating effect. It also clears the mind of stresses and energizes the body to help eliminate fatigue. In ancient Greece, Pine was believed to have been used by physicians like Hippocrates to address respiratory ailments.
